These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MoveMint AI Fitness (the "Application" or "Service"), developed and operated by MoveMint Labs.
By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using MoveMint AI Fitness, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Application.
MoveMint AI Fitness is an AI-powered health and fitness application providing an AI Meal Scanner, AI Fitness Coach, calorie and macronutrient tracking, weight and water intake tracking, exercise recommendations, progress analytics, personalized nutrition goals, and premium subscription features.
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, to use MoveMint AI Fitness. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, maintain the security of your account, keep your password confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Application unlawfully, attempt unauthorized system access, upload malicious software, reverse engineer the Application, redistribute content without permission, interfere with the Service, or use automated tools to abuse it. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
The AI Coach is intended for educational and informational purposes only. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies, should not replace professional advice, and are not guaranteed to be suitable for your individual circumstances.
The AI Meal Scanner estimates nutritional values from photographs. Calorie estimates, serving sizes, and ingredient identification may not always be accurate. Users remain responsible for verifying nutritional information when accuracy is important.
MoveMint AI Fitness is not a medical device, healthcare provider, physician, registered dietitian, or substitute for professional medical advice. Do not rely on the Application to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical, nutritional, or exercise decisions. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
You retain ownership of information you upload, including meal photos, profile images, fitness information, and AI conversations. You grant MoveMint Labs a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service.
MoveMint AI Fitness offers optional premium subscriptions including unlimited AI scans, advanced analytics, and additional AI Coach capabilities. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Apple manages all billing, payments, renewals, and refunds according to its policies.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. MoveMint Labs cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
The Application's software, design, branding, graphics, logos, AI interfaces, and written content are the intellectual property of MoveMint Labs and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet connectivity, or third-party service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveMint Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, personal decisions made based on AI recommendations, or inaccuracies in nutrition estimates. Use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise other users' security. Users may discontinue use and request account deletion at any time.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may modify features, introduce new services, discontinue existing functionality, improve AI capabilities, or release security updates. Some updates may be required for continued use.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions become effective upon publication within the Application or on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
