By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Account Information: Full name, email address, encrypted authentication credentials, account identifier. Authentication is securely managed using Supabase Authentication.
Profile Information: Age, gender, height, current weight, target weight, fitness goal, activity level, diet preference, allergies, daily calorie target, protein/carb/fat goals, water intake goal, profile photo (optional).
Nutrition & Health Information: Meals, calories, macronutrients, water intake, weight history, fitness progress, exercise history.
Meal Photos: If you use the AI Meal Scanner, uploaded photos are processed to estimate nutritional information.
AI Coach Conversations: Questions, messages, and goals shared with the AI Coach to generate personalized responses.
Motion & Fitness Data: With your permission, daily steps and movement statistics. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Device Information: Device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash reports, diagnostic information.
To create and manage your account, personalize your nutrition goals, generate workout recommendations, calculate calorie and macronutrient targets, analyze meal photographs, provide AI Coach responses, improve application performance, synchronize your data securely, provide customer support, detect fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
MoveMint AI Fitness uses artificial intelligence to provide meal recognition, nutritional estimation, fitness coaching, and personalized recommendations. AI-generated responses are automatically produced and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should independently verify important nutrition, allergy, exercise, or medical information before relying on AI-generated recommendations.
We use trusted third-party providers, including Supabase (authentication, database, and secure cloud storage), OpenAI (AI-powered nutrition and fitness responses), Apple (subscription billing through In-App Purchases), and Google AdMob (where enabled, to display advertisements). These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their respective services.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Your data is securely stored using Supabase cloud infrastructure. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
The free version of MoveMint AI Fitness may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertising providers may collect limited device information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Premium subscribers may receive an ad-free experience where applicable.
MoveMint AI Fitness offers optional premium subscriptions. Purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed entirely by Apple.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal information where legally permitted.
Depending on applicable laws, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or request a copy of your personal information, or withdraw permissions. Requests may be submitted using the contact information below.
MoveMint AI Fitness is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
MoveMint AI Fitness provides educational and informational content only. The AI Coach, nutrition calculations, workout suggestions, meal analysis, and fitness recommendations are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional before making significant health, nutrition, or exercise decisions. Do not rely on the Service for medical diagnosis, emergency situations, or treatment.
By using MoveMint AI Fitness, you understand that your information may be processed on secure cloud infrastructure located in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to protect your information regardless of where it is processed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" and may provide additional notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
